Reserving Space at the Heritage Center

• Complete the application form below and email it to Kristi Gaudette. Space is not reserved until an application is received.
• Application will be reviewed and if approved a permit will be processed. 
• The permit holder will be emailed a permit packet for review. Down payment is requested within three business days of receiving the permit packet - this will secure your space. Call Kristi Gaudette at 952-985-4623 to apply payment.
