Will I get a refund if I cannot attend a program I've already registered for?

The City is monitoring the COVID-19 situation and if a program is canceled we will contact participants via email. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment.

We request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancelations whenever possible. We understand that times are uncertain right now and that it is hard to know how you will feel in future weeks as recommendations are continuously changing. Contact us at 952-985-4600 if you need to make a cancelation or have additional questions.
