COVID-19 Class Refund Policy
Valid through August 31, 2021
Due to the current uncertainties caused by COVID-19, the Parks & Recreation Department has developed a temporary COVID-19 and illness cancellation policy, which will be in effect through August 31, 2021
Cancellations made by the City: Registration fees for a program cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made by participant: We request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancellations when possible due to costs incurred for program supplies and instructor’s time. Participant cancellations due to COVID-19 or illness will be processed with no cancellation fee. Any cancellations due to illness or injury after the program start date will receive a prorated refund upon request, prorated from the date of notification.
Cancellations can be made over the phone during business hours.
Lakeville Parks & Recreation Standard Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations made prior to registration deadline or 48 hours prior to the start of the program will receive a refund, less a $10 service fee, or full credit* towards a future program, whichever the registrant prefers. No refunds processed within 48 hours of program start and/or after activity registration deadline. Due to circumstances beyond our control there are no refunds for certain preregistered programs. No online cancellations. Cancellations can be made over the phone during business hours. The Standard Cancellation policy applies to all cancelations not falling under the temporary COVID-19 Refund Policy.
*Credits older than 18 months will be applied to the Lakeville Scholarship Fund.
